Good over all,The gov't shut down slowed the process .Could be given a compleat list of docs needed from the beginning of the process, and not something new doc weekly!All in all a job well done. Thank you all.
Follow up on emails from insurance companies, etc. We closed late because of no response from our loan officer. Also, asked about additional funds for windows, and it was not followed up with by our loan officer, now it is to late I was just told.
Would suggest that at the point where the customer needs to submit copies of paperwork the list is complete and is kept track of so duplicates are not requested.
