We were not very satisfied with our real estate agent that was recommended by VU. It seemed like all he did was email listings that came up in searches we could have done ourselves. The house we bought was actually one that I personally found. The inspector he recommended did not do a thorough inspection and we ended up having to do some repairs before we moved in.

To much duplicate paperwork and continued questioning that was unnessary. Personnel was great to work with and very professional. Paperwork that could have been copied and distributed to all personnel was not and required us to continue filling out.
