If I thought it would make a difference I might call, but it didn't help much, when the option was utilized.The end result was optimal, while the road was bumpy.

It would be helpful to receive all that is needed in the beginning so that we didn't have to go in circles for so long. We are very grateful to have been approved but would have liked to been informed along the way as to how it was looking. We felt that Casey was a very busy man and were grateful when he got his assistant Lauren to start helping us understand the process better. She was helpful and productive in keeping us in the loop and felt that she cared for all the different levels of emotional needs that we experienced trying to get all the information to you. She was able to explain things on a level of understanding that we could understand without making us feel that we were idiots even though we felt like that at times.
