The whole process feels rushed. It would be nice for some face to face time or a local office.
Maybe a little less paper work.
my main concern was I had to keep sending the same papers over and over and writing explanations on the same thingsover and over got to be very tedious if there could be a way to ask all questions up front and eliminate the need for bank statements every few weeks would be a great help, other then that I enjoyed working with Mr. Collins he was very helpful and kind and patient and he was very knowledgeable as to how the whole process worked he put my wife mind at ease as well as myself. It was important to both my wife and myself to feel like we could trust the person who we had to deal with and Mr. Collins prove to be very trustworthy. Thank you sir for all your hard work.
