The team was very helpful, especially at the begjnning of the loan process. Near the end when I was locking my rate and getting the appraisal ordered the process wasn't efficient due to the portal being down. This caused some delays in the closing but Jason and Danielle worked hard at helping me out. Danielle stayed in past office hours on several occasions and Jason called from his personal cell at least once.I've already recommended them to another friend.
