If there's any veterans considering going with a different lender. I applied for a mortgage with my bank first I had enough income to go over 50000.00, but they said I needed a cosigner then the first house I looked I looked at was 120000.00. I was denied the increase my rent was 900.00 a month so I could pay that. Then they said I lost my VA loan and had to apply for an FHA at 10% down. That's when I switched to veterans united they verified my VA loan and I was approved for 190000.00. what I really like about veterans united they have that military attitude less talking and less excuses and more action.
