In the military you receive all kinds of help when getting things done, especially if it's legal or binding. I've learned that the civilian world doesn't help out much in that regard. They were such a big help in breaking down the steps and checking up along the way. So thankful!

My experience was great overall. My only complaint would be that there was about a two week gap of no communication. In those two weeks, I tried calling the transaction coordinator many times but she never answered her phone. I know I could of got a response through email but I was on the run a lot and tried calling at various when I was off the ship. Overall your team did great and I would recommend to friends and family.
Mr. Hane and his team were exceptional to work with.
Took longer than expected and seemed there was unnecessary redundancy in documentation.
