Veterans United is definitely the way to go when using your VA loan to buy your home. Our home loan team made every step very easy. If I wasn’t sure about something, I knew that my question would be answered right away. This home is the 6th home that we have purchased and I don’t have any idea what those loan officers names were. I can tell you that I will always be grateful for Jerry and Taylor and the personal care we were given. Most of all, the big difference was the open line of communication, hands down!
Although it was a long process, Gina kept us informed on next steps and our progress through out the whole process. I would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Hi Andrew, thank you for the feedback on your experience. It sounds like you ran into an issue with the VA Residual Guideline. The VA wants to make sure you have a specific amount of money leftover after making all liability payments for living expenses. This number raises with the number of dependents living in the home. If you would like to speak to a member of our Client Advocate team about this, they remain available to you.
From the time I applied til the time I closed was quick and effortless on my part. They kept me informed through the whole process.
