The only thing I would have to be negative about was the way they handled the down payment. We told them that we had a certain amount for just a down payment and the rest of the closing costs would be pay at closing with cash. They added our closing costs to the loan instead. We did not catch it in time to change it.
While sometimes nerve-wracking, overall it was a win-win deal!
I didn't have to take a real estate course to understand the proceedings. I love the ease with which are loans are processed!
