My experiene with Veterans United was awesome. Amanda and DAnne and Robert were great.
The staff needs more training on customer service. The company seems strong and well build, however, the staff doesn't quite follow the idea intended. For example, the first loan officer assigned to our case either quit or was fired. The second one was a perfect example of mediocracy. Treated us just like a "number" and didn't work on his deadlines nor paid attention to details. We had to get a hold of one of the managers in order to get help and replace the loan officer. We pretty much had to ask for forms or paperwork in order to trigger actions and make thing happen.
I seemed to have to resend some of the paperwork several times, was a little frustrating!
The people there are too friendly, they bend over backward to get you a home and that's what it al about. We love you all.
From the very beginning of the process Chad and Ryan where always available and very helpful. They answered any question and offered great advice.

With a caution about the verification of employment process, though kinks seem to be worked out now.
Terry and his team were extraordinary. They were there for me at every juncture and made the loan process so easy... even with a difficult process. I will ask for Terry time and time again.
It was a very unpleasant experience in the loan process. The company delayed the submittal of the home loan towards the VA for approval knowing that it would take longer to approve. We had to practically do the whole process ourself.
