communication was excellent, I was in the loop every step of the way. My loan officer went out of her way to ensure that if she was unavailable the progress of my loan and the status was clearly updated and I remained in the loop during any absence.

Sent appraisal to old address after house had been sold and customer moved out. Closing papers sent late and incorrect. COE not requested in timely fashion. I had to call VA and get it myself! Patty Kelly was great and responsive.
