He went above a nd beyond the call of duty to help me with all my questions and gave me knowledge I will never forget. There was a small snafu with our names being wrong on the closing paperwork at signing that took some additional time. It was resolved in a couple of hours and we still closed on time.

Overall my experience was very good. There was a few details during the loan process that took longer than i expected. I appreciate everyones help to put my family and I in to the new house.
So many ups and downs with this loan. Constantly asking for documents I've already sent. Loosing documents that I sent. Having to submit to underwriting 5 times. Having to change my close date 5 times. Pushing back the date from 7/28 to 8/3 then to 8/11 then to 8/18 and finally to 8/19. Then on the 19th I'm sitting down to sign closing documents and we receive and email from a loan officer saying that my file has to go back into underwriting. This loan was closed at the absolute last minute. And now still 3 days after closing I get a call saying that some documents were messed up and I probably will not be getting the money that i overpaid to tile. About $2900. How is this even close to being acceptable.
If u had of gone through with A Convention loan. I would ha e been in my home 2 weeks ago
Was told more than 2 weeks out that everything was in order to close..received a phone call 3 business days prior to closing saying that there was a misconception with my file which required a boat load of new paperwork..I feel like my file was neglected for a long period in time which resulted in a delayed and very stressful closing
