Too many people involved in the process that had no idea what was going on. Too much "lip service" from people putting loan together. Incompetence was apparent along the process due to inept briefing of the many people filling in for the constant PTO

The process was done smoothly. Mr. Beasley was really helpful to us especially to my wife who did all the process. He was communicating very well through out the whole time, was really professional and also friendly.
The experience was quite overwhelming and just didn't quite understand what the underwriting wanted in the begining. If the intial process is more clear in the information that needs to be provided. In which, the process would go more smoother.
