Overall the experience was just ok. Steve Humble was great but after the initial point dealing with him wasn't so great. We would send paperwork then it seemed like a week later you needed the same paperwork again. Need more characters longer comment
The help in getting my loan was over and above. Nick was a great help in getting this done quickly and in dealing with a very poor title company. Without his help I believe we would have lost our home
