A 7 because paperwork needed to be sent numerous times (more than 3 of the same). Nobody on the team was on the same page.

The underwriters seemed overly picky and made us get one piece of paper after another instead of reviewing the loan application and giving one list of required documents that made the process VERY FRUSTRATING. Everyday it was something else.
