Loan processors were great. The underwriting process is very broken. This is the 9th house I have purchased and the underwriting process was the worst experience yet. Not at all organized or efficient.

Very easy process. Very happy with the people that were involved.
My loan officer guided me all the way thru the process, I asked her not to sugar coat it and we had everything done in 3 wks ..Unfortunately the selling agent wasn't on track with us... Because of stupid mistakes, the closing was postponed twice.
