My wife did most of the work to get the loan. From what I could tell, it seemed like it was a difficult process. We were also told that the monthly rate would be about $950 but it actually ended up being about $1300. I was not happy about that
We got frustrated during the underwriting process.

problems getting the loan finalized due to the VA appraisal delay.

The process was smooth; however, during the refinance process, I noticed that communication from the loan office and the servicing side was not very strong. I was receiving calls about my mortgage payment being late even after my refinance was funded
