Eric, the loan coordinator, was tenacious but courteous in ensuring that I provided every piece of information necessary to secure this loan. The representative who was assigned to get info on my previous loan was persistent!
Everything went smoothly and without any problems.
I was told by Quicken Loans that I was in the 3% group that could not be approved for a VA loan. Veterans United took control loan was approved and the rest is history. Sorry about that Quicken Loans.
These people at Veterans United really know what they are doing. I have never had such a pleasant experience working with anyone. They go out of their way to make the process hassle free. Great bunch of people Don't loose them.
