Everyone I talked to was courteous and informative
The loan officer was very helpful and he ensure I fully understood every details of the loan.
Veterans United is definitely a lot more detail oriented which is a plus and a minus. There should be more asked up front instead of on the back side, but it is not the loan officer's fault. Ours was very very helpful.
