Kyle Black got the ball rolling, was in direct and frequent telephone contact with me. Jill Lowry did not make important telephone calls to me and left me chasing my tail with vague emails and not returning my calls, making the "overall" rating low.

Answered all questions professionally, but sometimes seemed people in the middle were not communicating, my address was this and they had that etc. Did not like waiting on other agencies as I turned everything in I was supposed to in a timely manner
There was never a problem with anything that we were doing. Levi and Nichole was always there and extremely helpful. The realtor said that that Levi and his crew was the best he had worked with in 26 years and would highly recommend them.
I couldn't be more pleased with our experience! We were concerned about securing a home loan due to a foreclosure several years ago. There were no issues whatsoever.
