Communication is very important. Not just initially. The steps in purchasing a home should be clarified better. Especially for the first time homebuyer's perspective. Can get very confusing & frustrated if some things are left unattended.
Daniel kept me informed throughout the process and was instrumental in driving the Final process towards closing.

Sent appraisal to old address after house had been sold and customer moved out. Closing papers sent late and incorrect. COE not requested in timely fashion. I had to call VA and get it myself! Patty Kelly was great and responsive.
