In all honesty the commitment that my Loan officer Chad Werner showed was amazing it was like having a new family member that in then taken out of your life to quickly when the process was over.

I believe that better communicationwould be great. As a first time home buyer I felt as if I was left in the dark and wanted to cancel my loan. Although the information was provided in a timely manner there were times when I was asked to send the same thing over and over. I am very thankful for the opportunity to own a home but I feel that better communication and faster processingtimes would be appreciated. I did not fid out if we were approved for the loan or not until three days before closing, which is very scary because money and time were already invested and we were contacted by our real estate agent to pullout so that we do not loose out earnest money since we were on the last day.
