Also on three different occasions I was told I would be called back that day and was never called. It is also hard to get a hold of your reps. Always sent straight to voice mail. Plus I had to resend information like taxes for 2011 three different times it didn't make since to me take I was told your company needed them yet keep asking me about the kids I claimed for that year.
