When I first started this I was approved for 260,000 dollars. I traveled to Texas after I received my pre approval letter to find a house that I liked This cost me over $3000,00 dollars. When I got back I was told that I was not "Hand Approved" and that I was not getting $260,000 but a lower amount but I was still out the money that I had spent going to Texas to find a home and would not be getting any back . This was not my fault but yours, however I am out this money. therefore if any one asked me about using your firm I would tell them to be very careful about any amount that was given to them as it could change and that they may find out that they will be out cash and get a lower quote without recouping any lost out of pocket cash. You made the mistake and I paid for it. Thanks
