Need to advise better on requirements for a VA loan. My husband and I were brand new to the process of buying a home, and a lot of things happened at the last second because we didn't know and weren't informed that we needed to complete them, such as every standing building on the property had to have a termite inspection. The loan officers also were confused and mistakes my property for another during the inspection phase, even sent me information from another person's loan and home, so that was kind of unprofessional.
