Ensure agents used are proactive and involved. I experienced delays because my original assigned agent was non-responsive. I had to be reassigned to a new agent who I was satisfied with.
I think Tina is great Loan Processor and a professional in every since of the word. During the government shutdown there wasn't any slack on the loan process at all. I would not only recommend Veterans United but Tina Cigla preferable as the Loan Processor by name to friends and family.
it would nice if when you called and left a voice mail it didn't take three or four days to get back to you.buying a home is already nerve racking anyway.
