Several times I was left waiting by different people not knowing what going to happen next in the loan process. Making sure everyone explains the the customer what to expect next would greatly help.
Our experience with VUHL was a good one! Daniel & Amanda worked very hard at getting our loan for us and as quickly as possible. We had a few bumps in the road but they helped us resolved them. We would recommend VUHL to family & friends for their future home buying needs. We appreciate how Daniel & Amanda (his daughter) kept in touch with us pretty much on a daily basis till all the loan issues were resolved.
