Better explanation of the loan process and expectations following closing would be a good place to start. There were items not disclosed at closing, unhappy with the increase in the interest rate, and the fact that our closing was held up because the over-site of our loan officer.
The only recommendation i would have is when dealing with a New Home Buyer to ensure that the parties involved has an understanding of ESCROWand what is required for escrow, this is the amount of funds that will be required to bring to the closing including any other monies needed, other than that the expereance was very intuitive.
