My experience as a pastor was difficult. It would be good for loan officers to learn the ins and outs of how pastors are paid and how to evaluate their income. I felt like your team worked very hard for me, so that helped, but sometimes, it felt like we were having to create document after document of work to prove my income. I realize being a small, non-profit organization makes it difficult, but after talking to other pastors, this is their experience too.
