Entire staff did not seem knowledgeable in processes, upon meeting with the closing agent, he said it was one of the sloppiest packages he had seen in a while. Volumes of repetitive paperwork on our side, communications were minimal unless initiated by me, initial submission was not readily acceptable due to my negotiation with sellers, to pay all costs, I was challenged several times as to what was "customary",
It would have made the whole process much better if the people involved were more knowledgeable concerning the tax laws in the state of Indiana as this became a very negative issue right at the end of the process.
It was frustrating at times to receive requests for information and documentation that was very last minute. I could have had a more enjoyable experience if that would have been provided much earlier on in the process. Getting emails and phone calls last minute was emotionally exhausting.
