Throughout the whole approval to closing process my loan officers were wonderful, however the amount of personal information needed to gain the credit was, in my opinion, overwhelming. I found myself sending and resending documents almost every other day to accomidate the under-writers' requests. It also appeared to me that some of their requests for documentation were unfounded(ie My wife's College Transcripts were required). I actually started debating with myself if I was being scammed or not and checked into the validity of Veterans United as a company. I would not go through this process again if I had a choice.
