As this being the first home that I ever bought everything was confusing on how the process goes after it comes back from the underwritter. Maybe explain more clearly that everything has to come back before it goes back to the underwritter.
It is very simple have the loan officer follow the example of Tony Boussad. This was my first time buying a house by myself and Tony made the process so easy for me to understand and whenever I was confussed and scare, he was there for me and explained the process like I was a 5 years old girl. What so amazing about Tony is even when he as sick at home and his kids were sick, he was still working on my loan and working on keeping me upto date. I had never met a person so professional and with such a human touch. In this world we leave in people just think about themselves and could care less about others, with Tony it is the exception. If everyone working at Veterans United could follow Tony's standards and professionalism your company would exceed any other big companies.
