Everything seemed to go very smooth. Any time I had questions or concerns I was able to get in touch with either Mason or Amanda very easily. My emails were responded to very quickly and if my calls were not answered they too were returned very quick. They were very knowledgeable of any question I had for them. They made me feel comfortable< with the whole difficult process. I wish I knew someone that was looking for a VA loan. I would recommend they get in contact with Mason immediately. I will certainly keep his information incase that happens in the future. I would give you something to improve on, but I honestly think this went perfectly!
Being up front with the buyer about the VA requirements for the property. Returning phone calls and emails on a timely basic. To inform of what all will be required up front to eliminate last minute delays to the closing.

Well this is the second time I have done a refince through you and the rules seem to change each time (just in two years) so it has been frustrtaing that paperwork and verifications that worked in 2010 are no longer acceptable in 2012. Also the last closing required an attorney and we were given signed documents at conclusion - the most recent closing only required a notary and we got nothing at the end of the signing. If there is some way to set expectations at the beginning that would be very helpful and relieve some stress.

Only thing is that you guys might need to work on the weekends because sometimes it is needed to complete the loan and our service members work on the weekend
