He was always there to answer any questions we had even on days where he shouldn’t have been working. I’m pretty sure we had another person that we’d were suppose to work with after the initial process started but I honestly didn’t want to so I just kept going through Jimmie for everything lol as far as veterans United themselves, great company with great interest rates and wouldn’t have gone with anyone else. Jason, the loan officer, made the VA loan process smooth and easy to understand, answering all my questions and keeping everything on track.Rae, Jason’s assistant, was very helpful, organized, and quick to respond whenever documents or updates were needed.
