The whole process was easy to deal with and had no issues other then me understanding terms and what they mean as a new home buyer. The best feature you offer is the concierge. It helped me remember things to do.
I think the underwriter should have cracked the file open to evaluate a week sooner than one week before the initial closing schedule. We could have closed on time because the obstacles were not difficult to handle, just time consuming.

Julia who was the Coordinator was hands down- awesome a 10+. She made me laugh and understood how stressful this all was and made me feel like no one mattered more than me, and I am sure she is very busy. She is definitely an asset to VU. She called to check on me even after the closing and knew that I was upset about an incident that happened on closing day. I would definitely love to work with her again. Tyler, who filled in when she was on vacation was also a pleasure to work with. Overall, the whole team was great.
