Our process was quick and easy. We discussed the particular needs we had for our refi and they taken care of by Jamie and her team. They were easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions and concerns.
I recommend getting a lock rate up front or you will get the highest rate at the end. That's what happen to us. Than they want you to pay money to buy down the interest rate.

So we went through two different houses with Jack and he was really responsive and attentive at first but on our second house he wouldn’t answer our calls but only reply to emails. Seems like a very nice guy but needs to step up on his game with customer communication and so does Ryan who also worked with us.
