I would not use veterans United home loans again. They are unprofessional at best. The loan officers missed our closing date. We stayed in a hotel one week after we HAD to sell our home even though we didn’t have ours. Do your research before using them.

Veterans United really cares about not only sealing the deal but the emotional state of their clients. As a first time home buyer the experience was supposed to be scary (or so I thought) but I never felt worried or stressed once. Great experience, would definitely use them again for our next house!

First, I would love to give VU a complete (10), but nobody’s perfect. I gave them a 9, but really (9.999)!!!
I have to say I was a little skeptical when dealing with companies like these. “The to good too good to be true”. But I took a leap of faith and did. And BOY am I very satisfied. VU is very patient with their clients and follow up with you constant to make sure you are comfortable, and answer questions. I was not where I need to be enabled to qualify, but VU has a team dedicated to help you through the process. I was told what needed to be done and how to do what need to be done to get my pre-approval and stay the course.
If you are not comfortable with real-estate agent, they will find another one. If you have any issues, they will find a solution, if not, they will not sugar coat, and lead you on, we as veterans have done enough and, deserve for a company to be up front with us.
