Lynn Heath was a great help and communicated her needs well. Scott (I can’t even tell you his last name) really didn’t interact at all.
This is the second time we’ve used Veterans United. We have been so impressed with the professionalism and care we’ve gotten from Donald Webber.
I will pay my mortgage. I signed papers stating $180,000..….... Not that there were going to be other fees!!!!!!! Where did the 1200 come from???? Lies! I despise liars and I WILL be a mighty voice among my brethren.
Response from Veterans United
Cheyanne, thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to research your experience and learn more. It is our goal to promote accountability within our teams and consistently deliver an outstanding client experience.
My name is Alfredo B and I must say Veterans United is highly recommended. They totally removed all fear of the home buying process.
They were comforting, respectful and professional. Their staff were knowledgeable and understanding regarding my process which required special attention at times.
I have absolutely nothing but respect and gratitude for Veterans United.
I'm now a new 1st time home owner and the process took a little over 2 months from finding a home to closing..I am truly blessed
Thank you forever
The whole team was great, exceptional experience, made me feel at ease.
I have zero complaints, just one recommendation. It would be an even better experience if the buyer had the same level of communication with the Loan Coordinator as I had extremely great communication with Michael Jones.
Please use my initial comments concerning Scott and Shay above.
10/10 experience. Would do again!
My real estate agent told me that she has working with Veterans United a ton through her career and that Andy and Matt are by far the best people she has worked with. As a first time home buyer they made everything simple for me and walked me through each and every step!
Ty Reese and the loan team were incredible during a extremely tough home buying experience. We have bought five homes, been through multiple refinances with a variety of big name banks/lenders. I can say without a doubt Ty, his team, and Veterans United were the best we've used and I would gladly seek out Ty and the Veterans United team as our first choice again in the future..
The Underwriting department almost made me go to from the #1 Veterans United to the #2 competitor. If it wasn't for the our Loan Specialist Lisa, we would have walked...RAN. The underwriter made us feel numb at the end of the day. After providing documentation and Equifax third party account confirmations ...it still was not enough. I thought a deferment was a consumers right. The underwriter didn't realize the world was going through a pandemic ..according to this underwriter, deferments were not your right. We were ahead on our car note (next payment due Nov 2020) ...well because we asked for a 3 month deferment, they made us pay 5 months more because they couldn't understand how we could be ahead on our account...Before you go to the underwriter ...request credentials for at least a common sense degree...definitely non service members work as underwriter at Veterans United
Great service. Highly recommend them.
