Between the Loan Specialist, underwriting team and online portal to submit documents and handle reviews, it was a great relief to be able to do things in this way rather than in-person or mailing items. Veterans United Home Loans went extra steps to help us understand what was needed, why, and how to go about handling each step. We were never left in the dark and the "To-Do" list and reminders were excellent for keeping everything on track.
