We would just like to THANK Mikes and his team for all that they have done to make owning our dream home a reality for our family! They were very responsive, accommodating, and bull dozed EVERY obstacle that stood in the way throughout this entire process; a true testament to Mikes leadership of his team and to the professionalism, work ethic and dedication that every last person on his team displayed. Everyone responded back to our questions immediately, and never made us feel like a bother, or that they were too busy to help out or make us feel at ease.
Mike got on the line with me anytime that I needed to speak with him. And he fought to keep me abreast and get me the best deals possible. There is not one single time that I couldn’t reach him - amazing.
Jaylen, made choosing the home of my dreams very easy as I needed to pivot 3 times for what I thought was the home of my dreams, until I actually did find the ultimate and final, perfect home of my family’s dreams. Without Mike and Jaylens immediate pivoting with us, we would not be owners of the finest home on the east coast.
Emily acted as the Chief of Staff for all entities external of VU, keeping everything need to close in record time moving like a well oiled machine. Mike team can close a deal in 3 weeks. I later found out from my realtor that closing that fast is an absolute miracle. This miracle is able to be accomplished because Emily makes it her mission to keep everyone aligned.
Sarah is the coordinator of all things post sale, i.e. House hold good move, comparing all of the available utility providers so that you can get the best fit as well as the best possible deal on utilities and other services needed. She is also the most cheerful person that my wife and I have ever spoken to. After speaking with her, you be left feeling refreshed as if you’ve undergone stress relief with a certified professional.

Patience must be a requirement at VU. They became the experts who let me vent, ask questions and allowed my wife and I a chance to see what they were trying to tell us.
