My loan officer was incredibly knowledgeable of not only his own process, but also that of other lenders and home builders. He was able to identify tricky verbiage within contracts that I had not even shared with him at that point due to his experience and was able to explain what that verbiage meant to me in a way that I was able to easily understand. I greatly appreciated the ability to get in touch with him and the team when I needed; even during a time where there was a considerable amount of snow in their region. I could not be happier with my home buying experience.

This was a very smooth process. Had heard some horror stories about the VA loans but you guys made it work. I thank the Veterans United team and family for making this possible.
This has been an awful experience and the end could not have come soon enough. Kirin is abrasive, defensive, and not at all customer oriented. I would never recommend this company to anyone. And the National Caregiver group I belong to, over 3K most of whom are also fiduciaries for their Vetetans, had nothing but derogatory comments about your company once someone asked for referral. Some experienced same issues, many worse.
