Honestly I was needing to go a different route because the previous mortgage company was wasting my time day in and day out. I decided to get smart and call Veterans United. To date this was the best decision I have ever made when it comes to buying a house. Allison and Shelbie were the main 2 I worked with and they worked very hard and diligently to ensure success on my behalf. When it comes down to it, you won’t find 2 better women who are more then willing to work with and for you. I can’t say enough good things about them or the company. If you want friendly and knowledgeable people on your team who will guide you every step of the way then Veterans’s United will be the best choice for you. I thought this whole house buying process would be terribly long and grueling and it was quite the opposite. Regardless of what anyone says Veterans’s United is the best way to ensure your success and happiness. That being said a great credit score goes a long way so it’s up to you to make sure your credit is where it needs to be. It took me some time and hard work prior to finding Veterans’s United but I’m telling you now it was well worth it. It wasn’t even 2 months and I was in my house happier then ever and that’s with the holidays included. I could tell you until I’m blue in the face all the goodness of this company but don’t just take my word for it, look at the other reviews and the high satisfaction rate. My team with Veterans United made the entire mortgage/house buying experience as simple as it could be. If I could give them a 20 rating I would. They had every answer or solution to a problem that I ran into. I was welcome to use whoever I wanted as a realtor, but they recommended Tess Thompson because she has successfully worked with VU and veterans for years. Together, my VU team made the process of getting a new loan and a new house so completely smooth, streamlined and without hassle. I highly highly recommended Tom Champion and Corey Jackson for a loan anywhere in the nation and Tess Thompson if your move takes you to East Texas. Thank you guys. I started this process with a less than perfect score. It was bad. But I did what I was asked and my score started to turn around fast. Before you know it I had my go ahead to buy a home. After that the folks a V U took over. They let me know what I had to do and how to get it done. I closed on my home about two weeks ago. This was a easy process looking back at it now. So glad I found V U . The people I worked with know their stuff and let me know what was going on at all times. Just a great way to buy a home.
At first i was a little worried about using Veterans United but boy am i glad i did. I knew nothing about buying a house after recently EASing from the Marine Corps. My entire team stepped up to bat for me and answered any questions i had and gave me more than enough information to confidently purchase my first home.
