The lender and information required to complete a he process was very upsetting and lack of Punctuality was disturbing waiting to the last To give my closing cost was inappropriate. Their lack of military processes Ellie asses allotments and having to explain where my allotment is going was just stupid. I was pretty skeptical about using veterans United over my credit union. But after reading reviews on websites about owners running into roadblocks with inexperienced reps at banks/credit unions, I figured I’d be in better hands dealing with a company more exclusive to VA backed loans. I am very glad I did. I had a great experience and never had to worry because the team always kept me informed.
