From start to finish, always felt like we were in very good hands with VU. Never worried about whether we were getting the best rate, and didn't have to worry about getting the best service. Information was easy to obtain and the process of buying a house while on deployment (which could have been very complicated) was made very simple.

I was very satisfied with the the process overall. I liked the educational videos that guide you from the moment you decide to buy a house all the way to refinancing. MyVU website is easy to navigate, upload documents and keep track on the "things to do". The only reason I did not rate it a 10 out of 10 is because of the hassle during the closing dates. I purchased a 4-plex, and I understand my property had challenges on itself, but it was a something that could have been avoided from communicating with the realtors better. I am happy that the issue was identified by my VU team and that it was fixed promptly.
