Working with Veterans United was a pleasure throughout. Everything flowed well except the five days, or so, the underwriter had the file. That five days was brutal with ridiculous requirements and questions, My account managers worked hard to minimize the inconvenience.

I would recommend veterans united to any veteran. Every one is really their to help you and make your loan process as easy as possible. A first class lender in every way.
Work with them as a last resource if I knew how unprofessional their employees would I would never opt in to working with them. Once they get payed they turn your back on you with zero regards to you and your new home. Extremely unprofessional would laugh at your concerns and just hang up on you.

Veterans believe me if you're tired of all the other lenders and all their hassles, Veterans United is definitely the way to go. Guys, they are extremely professional, extremely courteous and extremely skillful in what they do for the Veteran's serious about buying a home. In a five-star reading I would put them around 8.
The best home loan process available to Veterans! Prompt service with all questions and requests, and the home loan process is explained in great detail on their website. I am a returning customer, and my second time obtaining a home loan was even easier than my first!
The check lists were a BIG help! Redundancy (having to submit pay stubs multiple times) was frustrating. Overall, though, was easy to follow and maneuver.
When I first started out, the idea of owning a home seemed like an unsurmountable mountain. Thanks to the likes of Mr. Albach and my finance team members at United Veterans- the experience turned into a ski lift cable car, that had an easy to use online portal, timely and accurate responds to questions I had, and a very knowledgeable Realtor which was assigned to my local area. There was no one to pressure me into finding a home, as a matter of fact, Mr. Albach said very early on "that the house will find you." Well it sure did! In a six week period I went from renter to a homeowner.
