If you are active duty or a veteran looking for a home loan through the VA, Veterans United is the only place you should consider. Everything about the process was simple and easy. They were willing to help from start to finish and even beyond.
They kept you informed on the whole process of the loan. Everything was done online and they would answer every time you called never got an answering machine and always answered your questions if you had any.
Our reps were so amazing and helpful! I would recommend Jess and Michelle to anyone who was interested in buying a house!
I am honestly at a loss of words for how great my experience with Veterans United Home Loans has been. With a foreclosure in my background I have been informed by many other lenders that another VA loan would not be possible. I did very reluctantly have a conversation expecting to hear the same thing yet again "You will not be able to obtain another VA loan." I was wrong? NO! All of the other lenders who do not work with the VA as often and who lack VA loan knowledge were wrong. Veterans United Home Loans walked me through from the onset put me in touch with a buying agent... walked me through the entire process - I was so nervous because if something is too good to be true- it usually is BUT not in this case. All of the nervousness and stress was strictly self imposed - All of my questions were answered as well as explained in detail. They were with me in constant contact each step of the way. Danny Kliethermes and Meagan Imhoff are the two people who have worked with me - I truly can not say enough good things about these folks.

We have bought a number of homes over the past thirty years and this was the easiest one by far. Our agent, Daniel Perry, was very professional and knowledgeable and keep us informed throughout the process. My wife is a realtor and will share our experience with her future clients.
I would not recommend the VA loan process to any potential homebuyers. In the future, if I ever need another loan, I will go through the conventional loan process rather than using the VA!
