It went so quick, we were not prepared for the move we were thinking a few months it went through in weeks.

I called the broker at least 5 times a day and his "assistant" the few weeks before closing. They rarely ever called me back. Closing was push back three times because of mistakes, errors, and oversights on VU. The day of the closing the closer was even unable to get a hold of anyone. She was even told that the original person she was dealing with left for the day in the middle of the closing! This has been the worst experience. The problems continue with VU.loanadministrators too. I want to refinance with another company just so I don't have to be reminded of this experience for the next 30 years.
