Overall the process was smooth and truly well structured. Veterans United was very detailed about what they wanted and their application they used was extremely helpful with knocking out tasks as needed. The home buying team were simply amazing. The realty company was one of the best I could have hoped for and I cannot ever speak more highly as I definitely would have been lost without KNE Realty’s team insight and assurance. The only negative thing I had was with the appraiser as they were not communicative, short, and came off rude when inquiries were made. Though my family appreciates a thorough job they may have conducted, they both times delayed their reveal of findings until the very last moment delaying closing. If I could give them a negative review I would. Other than that the process here was amazing, the people were exceptional, and they should all be considered for recognition.

The daunting paperwork side of a mortgage was made easy with the online portal, as well as everyone on their team being so willing to answer questions and walk us through the process step by step. Team needs to be able to communicate more over text and email. Defaulting to calling someone is too disruptive to my workday.
