Very friendly and approachable
When initially attempting to get a loan it felt that Kevin McMillen was reluctant to assist. Stating "I am not going to disclose anything until I know for sure we are your lender. It is very busy right now, and it would take our processing department time they could be using to work on other files." The transaction coordinator Jacklyn Cox was almost impossible to get in contact with via the phone. I would have to resort to e-mail when attempting to get information quickly to close in time. It seemed like I was doing the majority of the leg work and had no assistance. I would not recommend this particular team to any of my friends, family or colleagues for purchasing a home.
