I was never aware of the entire loan application process and only discovered at the time which documents and procedures were necessary. With that lack of awareness of ALL steps in the process, I was often surprised to find out that, despite completing a requirement in the morning leading me to believe that no immediate action was required from me, I would have new requirements appear in the afternoon. Additionally, there was rarely a clear explanation for why each step was required. Sometimes it was obvious but others, not so much.
Michael Pitts and Ms. Codi were outstanding. Their consistent efficient professionalism should be commended. As a team they were always available to answer questions which helped our family through the challenges of our particular situation. Over the past 20 years I have owned and sold many properties and have never been this impressed. Thank you so much!
